Richard McMonigle Richard L. McMonigle, Jr., is Senior Counsel in the Insurance Law Department of Post & Schell, P.C., in its Philadelphia and New Jersey offices. A veteran of bad faith litigation, Mr. McMonigle has earned a stellar reputation defending complex insurance coverage issues, alleged bad faith, policyholder fraud, as well as life, health, and disability claims. He has authored numerous articles on bad faith and regularly provides training to claims handlers and attorneys. He serves as a voluntary mediator and testifying expert witness as well as legal consultant in insurance disputes. Jeffrey M. Brenner Jeffrey M. Brenner is a Principal in Post & Schell's Insurance Law Department where he represents national and regional insurers in complex insurance coverage and bad faith disputes. He has served insurance clients in over 40 states, including California, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Texas. Mr. Brenner provides a full spectrum of complex coverage legal representation, including coverage opinions, reservation of rights and denial letters, examinations under oath, as well as rescission, interpleader, and declaratory judgment actions.
